Why suddenly?

All this came from a realisation I had while making a trip to Arambagh after Boropisi's death. In fact, Boropisi's illness was the issue that set up a communication between me and Bhuludada after years. I can't claim divine innocence for the silence and blame it on him. We're all responsible for the ice that has developed between us. There's a famous song by Paul Simon and Art Gurfunkel, Sounds of silence, where there's a line, silence like a cancer grows. It's an eternal reality. That day, I felt that we have swerved so far from each other that we needed a death or something as gruesome to talk to each other. I think we must stop this. This blog is a result of that feeling. Thank god, at least in the virtual world, we can even today claim our stakes in that address which spawned many of our dreams and treasured all our memories. Let's paint all those sepia-tainted memories with all the colours of the rainbow....
